A Tribute to Women in Cannabis

NorCal Cannabis Co. was in the midst of scaling to be an influential company in the industry, had a growing number of women leaders joining their team and was embarking on a celebrity partnership with Chelsea Handler. I was asked to create a one-of-a-kind event to celebrating some of the industry’s top influencers, co-hosted by Chelsea and AnnaRae Grabstein, NCC’s CCO. Unlike a typical brand activation, the event was a gift of gratitude from NorCal Cannabis Co. to female change makers. The goal was to build relationships and form stronger partnerships.

Concept: Gratitude
Our intent was to insure the guests of honor felt treated — so we designed the event to reveal a series of gifts throughout the night. Lapel pins, a custom letterpress poster, the most amazing cannabis-infused food and craft cocktails, craft cannabis flower, pre-rolled joints and edibles.
